Through this section I hope to give you a look into my daily life as a member of the men’s lacrosse team here at Rutgers! These schedules do not include classes, meals, or any of that. In season, we typically practice five days a week, and our games are usually on Saturdays. Out of season, we practice four days a week to start (Tuesdays are our off day), and once we get two or three weeks into the fall, we are back to the five-day-a-week practice schedule. Listed below are my in season and out of season training schedules:

In Season Practice Schedule (12-4pm):

  1. Pre-Practice Treatment (10:00 am – 11:45 am)
  2. Team Film (12:15 pm – 1:30 pm)
  3. Practice (1:30 pm – 3:00 pm)
  4. Lift (3:00 pm – 4:00 pm)

Out of Season Practice Schedule (2-6pm):

  1. Lift (2:00 pm – 2:45 pm)
  2. Film (2:45 pm – 4:00 pm)
  3. Practice (4:10 pm – 5:30 pm)
